This week

"In our culture it is very popular to seek truth.  It is not popular to find it."

This week is my favorite week of the year.  I haven't made very many Easter traditions for our family yet but Luci is old enough now to have some fun traditions.  Obviously we will do an Easter basket and egg hunt but I'm looking for other personal traditions.  Do you guys have any fun ideas for me?

Hope you all have a fantastic Sunday!

  1. I'm afraid I don't have any great Easter traditions to share -- just church, Easter eggs, and baskets with candy. Although I did start looking for fun bunny-themed books to add to the kids' baskets when they were preschoolers. One of my favorites is It's Not Easy Being a Bunny.

  2. We don't have any special traditions except the same ones pasqueflower mentioned...church, Easter eggs and baskets. Even without any other traditions it's a special day for us.

  3. yes!!! read before morning :) i know that's a long shot.

the easter bunny used to leave a few quarters in my 'new' white easter shoes which were left by my bed. oh how i loved to wake up for that. better than the chocolate bunny. ok, certainly close.

  4. As reported by Stanford Medical, It is really the SINGLE reason women in this country live 10 years more and weigh 42 lbs lighter than we do.

(By the way, it is not related to genetics or some secret exercise and really, EVERYTHING around "how" they eat.)

P.S, What I said is "HOW", and not "WHAT"...
